How We Work

Five simple, easy and convenient steps for your family, friends and community members to receive their health insurance plans: 

Step 1

Choose – click on the 'apply now' button of the Hygeia health insurance plan you want to purchase.

Step 2

Contact – complete the contact us form by providing your details and your chosen health insurance plan. We will contact you within two business days.

Step 3

Details – we will discuss your health insurance choice and answer any questions you may have. We'll ask you to provide the details of the individuals you would like to enrol in the health insurance plan.

Step 4

Payment – you'll make your payment directly to Hygeia (Transfer Me Health does not accept payment). The two-week waiting period before the health insurance plan is activated and starts once payment has been made.

Step 5

Finalise – we'll follow up with Hygeia and confirm to you that the health insurance card is ready and will be posted to your health insurance plan enrollees. They can now access healthcare services. Welcome onboard!
